    I got me an artist pen~! It's a nib-type, dip pen, artist. It's similar to the "school pen" for japanese manga, I think, honestly I wont pretend I know a lot I am basing it on face value lol.

    The line values are AMAZING, it feels so DIFFERENT and I dunno I hope I'm not biased but the LINES are so different too! I think it's because I have to act fast, I have to be more confident, and the lines are smoother too~!

    For anyone who can afford it I recommend trying and practicing with this thing.
    It's so awesome


P.S. For the curious, I use india ink. If you live in the Philippines and wanna know where to get one, I bought mine at a Deovir store. Request Speedball, that's the brand they sell there. They have a nib chart, and you can buy in a set, or in packs of two.

Also... HOW TO USE A NIB PEN:

    Surprisingly (or not so surprisingly) there's a lot of technique and maintenance to using them. So here's a few.

• PREPARATION.: Have tissues, a scrap paper and a little water at the ready. Ofc the pen and the ink.
• Tissues/a towel and water to clean the nib in between to make sure it doesn't blot (I read warm running water is best but idk I just do that at the end, damp tissue is enough for me in-between).
• Scrap paper to get the pen running right after the dip.

• USE:
  
• Always have the curved side up, so that the ink flows down.
  
• Don't run it side-to-side too much cuz the ink doesn't flow very well that way, you're probably just scratching.
• Personally I noticed if you're gonna do an upward stroke do it very lightly cuz it might flick the ink at the end otherwise.
